What type of travellers join the trips?
Our tours are for everyone 18 and over who share a passion for travel, adventure, and meaningful connections.
How many people will be in my group?
We want our trips to be personal and authentic, so we like to keep group sizes small. We believe this is the best way to create lasting connections with both fellow travellers and locals.
While group sizes may vary by trip, they will never exceed 8 people, allowing for a more intimate experience.
What help is provided after I book the tour?
The advantage of booking a group trip instead of doing it yourself is that we’re always on hand to make your life easier.
Once you secure your spot, you’ll receive our To Do List, covering everything you need to know—from visas and travel insurance to vaccinations and packing lists. And if you still have questions, you can reach us directly via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email.
While we don’t book your international flights, we’re experts at finding great deals, so we’re happy to help you score the best fares!
Can you cater for dietary restrictions?
We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, including vegetarian and vegan diets, though in some less touristy destinations, it may be a bit challenging.
When booking your spot, please let us know about any dietary requirements, and we’ll reach out if there are any concerns.
Will I share a room?
No, we provide a single room for all travellers.
Is there a payment plan?
Upon booking, a €200 deposit is required to secure your spot on the trip. At this time, you can also pay for the trip in full.
Want to spread out your trip payments? We can split the cost across two payments, paid 60 days and 30 days before the trip departure date. Don’t worry, you don’t need to remember these dates, we’ll be in touch when the payments are due.

What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be put in writing and sent to christakesgroups@gmail.com. Refunds will be provided as follows:
More than 60 days before trip departure: 100% refund of trip price, minus deposit.
59-45 days before trip departure: 50% refund of trip price, minus deposit.
Less than 45 days before trip departure: Not eligible for refund.
The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
